Do your products work on all skin/hair types?
We work hard to make sure that our products are suitable for all different skin/hair types! Our products are tested by a select group of friends, family and loyal customers with a variety of hair/skin types and tones, both male and female. They give us valuable feedback before new products come out.

Are Dr Wima Beauty products non-toxic?
All of our products are absolutely non-toxic and tested for safety.

Are your products gluten-free, organic?
Our products are not formally certified as gluten-free or organic. However, we do use gluten-free, naturally derived ingredients.

Do your products contain fragrance, GMO, mineral oil, formaldehyde, parabens, sulfates, fillers or artificial dyes?
Our products never include these ingredients. We have extremely high standards!
Our products maintain the original color of the natural ingredients and the scent of pure essential oils.

Why does the product smell / look different?
Our packaging varies with regions according to materials' availability. Our products are formulated without chemicals, synthetics and artificial coloring that allow for a product to be uniform. We use all-natural ingredients and for this reason, they may change color, scent, texture overtime or in between prepared batches. These variations will not affect the product’s effectiveness, and we guarantee that the product is completely safe for your skin.

Where are your products formulated?
We've done extensive research, our highest quality Ingredients are sourced from all over the world ; our oils are cold-pressed & our essential oils are pure. Our products are formulated in a laboratory in United States that understands natural beauty.

As you've probably noticed, we keep our exact proprietary blends of ingredients to ourselves to protect the formulas we've worked so hard from being replicated. However, we are always willing to answer any questions you may have about our ingredients.

Are your products safe to use while pregnant or nursing?
We make a conscious effort to use safe and non-toxic ingredients for all our products but since each pregnancy /nursing experience is different, we suggest you consult with your doctor.

How Long until i see results?
Visible results will vary as bodies adjust to the ingredients found in different products at different rates. We recommend that you use any new product for a minimum of 60 days to judge results.

Does Hair Complex Oil cure alopecia?
No, hair complex oil will not cure alopecia. alopecia is a complex autoimmune disease however, it has been shown to improve hair health and therefore helps with new growth

Does Hair Complex Oil cure hair loss or thinning? No, hair complex will not cure hair loss or thinning. hair loss is mainly caused by internal imbalances and nutrient deficiencies however, it has been shown to improve hair health and therefore helps to reduce loss.

Can men use Hair Complex Oil?
yes, hair complex oil is safe and effective for men and women.

What happens when i stop using Hair Complex Oil? will my hair fall out?
There are no known side effects associated with discontinuing the use of Hair Complex Oil.

Are Dr Wima Beauty oils comedogenic?
Comedogenic oils are known to clog pores, and can be especially problematic for naturally oily or blemish-prone skin. All of the oils we use in our formulations are non-comedogenic or low comedogenic, so they moisturize without clogging pores.
Nevertheless, no oil should be left on skin unrinsed for more than 24 to 48 hours.

Do you test on animals?
We never test any of our products on animals.

Are the products FDA approved?
We sell natural cosmetic products, not medications. The FDA approves medications and drugs, not natural products and dietary supplements. Our products are manufactured in FDA certified facilities. These facilities are inspected and adhere to the requirements of the United States Food and Drug Administration, (FDA).

How long do your products last?
We make our products in small batches to garantee freshness at all times.
If Stored adequately, most of our products are safe to use within 12 months of opening. We recommend storing in a cool, dry place away from moisture and water.

Is your packaging recyclable?
All of our packaging materials, from our shipping boxes to our glass bottles, are 100% recyclable.

I have not received my order. How can I track it?
You should’ve received a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. If you don’t see an email, please reach out to us at info@drwimabeauty so that we can assist. If you are in morocco, you only receive an email when your package arrives from new york and is picked up for delivery locally.

Returns:
Returns are available for USA orders only.
All International orders are non-returnable, non-refundable unless order is proven lost (non-trackable) or damaged at time of delivery.

At Dr Wima Beauty, we formulate with strict standards, choosing to exclude thousands of ingredients from all of our products including the 5 categories that are considered the top “dirty" ingredients in the beauty industry.

We promise you will never find these suspicious ingredients in any of our products.

NO Parabens

Cheap preservative that has been linked to hormone disruption, infertility and breast cancer (used in cleansers and cosmetics in general)

NO SLS

Cheap cleansing agent that produces foam and is harsh and irritating (often used in toothpaste, shampoos, soaps and cleansers) the more bubbles = the more SLS. These chemicals are skin irritants, hormone disruptors and carcinogenic.

NO Phthalates

Chemical solvents used in hair products, perfumes, detergents, automotive oils. They are absorbed through the skin and can damage the reproductive system and are linked to hormone disruption "gender benders"

NO Animal-derived Ingredients

Besides the hormone disruption or allergy issue, the animals used in experiments are confined to small cages and bred in inhumane conditions, but they’re also subjected to tests that are beyond cruel. They’re tortured, blinded, and ultimately killed.To formulate our products, we choose from a list of 7000 ingredients that are already proven to be safe, mainly ingredients that have been part of beauty rituals for centuries, they have stood the test of time. This is what makes our products vegan-friendly.

NO Synthetic Dyes & Fragrance

Artificial fragrance is much cheaper than natural ingredients that impart scent such as essential oils. this is why when essential oils are the source of the smell, the price of the product is more expensive. Artificial fragrances can cause skin irritation, worsen allergies, eczema and skin sensitivity.

Dyes are derived from petrochemicals & often contain chemicals like mercury and lead. They cause allergies and irritation and are also suspected to be carcinogenic.

This is my honest review after using the Moroccan Collection for more than 2 weeks now (received on July 27th) : 1. Coffee scrub : Never seen anything like it. I avoid using scrubs because they have almost a glassy feel and touch to them and they would leave my skin dry. But this one feels smooth and rich enough to give you a proper none damaging scrub. Also leaves the skin very soft to the touch. 2. Black soap : a Moroccan product must have. It has eucalyptus which helps smooth out the discoloration of the skin over time. The eucalyptus is the right smell, not too overwhelming just perfect. 3. Ghassoul Paste : Star of my heart Never smelled anything like it. It fills the whole bath with a heavenly smell, and leaves my body, scalp and face feeling smooth. I use a small amount on my face and gently scrub, and it leaves the silkiest finish. I would bath in it if I could. I’m glad I ordered two in advance. I noticed a big difference in my nose after using it to scrub my T-zone. Black/white heads decreased by a lot. My nose is almost clear of them. 4. Body wash : Now this. The smell, the texture, the feel. Cleans perfectly, doesn’t leave you greasy, doesn’t dry your skin. It’s the perfect natural body/hand wash. I also bought 2 bottles of this because I knew I’d run out of quickly. I use it with every bath, especially with this heat, gets rid of all the stickiness. 5. Body balm : The texture of the body balm is like melted butter, my skin loves it. I had dry streaks on my legs because they were dehydrated, with the balm it’s just *chef’s kiss*. I use small amounts only and it nicely spreads all over. This will be my go-to during Winter because of how rich it is. I bought a second jar in case I run out of my current one. The only product I didn’t purchase was the massage oil because I rarely massage myself, but then it made me realize why not !? I will get one in my next order. Overall experience and feedback . A 10/10. Definitely recommend the whole collection.
