I gave this product a lot of chances. My first order, I got the set of complex oil and lash serum, it got lost customer service wasn't helpful they had me calling my local USPS and look like a fool they were basically saying why are you calling us? lol a lost item is none of their business and the company I order from should resolve that. anyway, that was another story that I'm going to let aside. The bottle is so tiny, it lasted me for 4 stretched out applications, I have thick short hair. the eyelash oil just burnt my eyelids I gave it 3 shots and then I stopped using it. I was disappointed, but I order the plastic refill to be fair to this product and give it another shot. it came in faster than the first one, but still it took almost 10days to come from a town 4hours drive away from me, I could've just driven there lol. anyways, didn't notice any growth or thickening in the front hairline, except for a little bit of shine if anything. It smells SO strong, like my great grandma on a washday. (It wasn't my biggest issue though)
