Shipping

I have not received my order. How can I track it?
You should’ve received a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. If you don’t see an email, please reach out to us at  info@drwimabeauty so that we can assist. 

SHIPPING POLICY:

Orders
 are processed within 7-14 business days. We ship orders via USPS for United States orders and either USPS, UPS or DHL for International orders.
Although we charge a standard $20 for shipping on international orders, it usually costs us a lot more than that.
Due to limited stock, processing & customs delays, international delivery takes 3 to 4 weeks but our guarantee of reception is 40 days after payment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship worldwide except for a few countries (Afghanistan, Austria, Cuba, Denmark, Greece, Iran, Islamic Republic Of Iran, Israel, Jordan, Democratic People's Republic Of Mexico, Nigeria, Russia, South Africa, South Sudan, Spain, Sudan, Syria, Turkey, Ukraine) due to customs regulations and sanctions.

 International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Drwimabeauty does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country. If you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for more information. If the customer rejects the package, they will incur a "rejection fee" to forward the package back to our headquarters. Once the package is returned and received by our shipping department, we will notify you via email when a refund is issued. 

International shipping can typically take anywhere from 5-45 business days dependent on the destination. Please take into account customs clearance as well. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the recipient, orders that can't be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs.
