Do your products work on all skin/hair types?
We work hard to make sure that our products are suitable for all different skin/hair types! Our products are tested by a select group of friends, family and loyal customers with a variety of hair/skin types and tones, both male and female. They give us valuable feedback before new products come out.

Are Dr Wima Beauty products non-toxic?
All of our products are absolutely non-toxic and tested for safety.
 
Are your products gluten-free, organic?
Our products are not formally certified as gluten-free or organic. However, we do use gluten-free, naturally derived ingredients.

Do your products contain fragrance, GMO, mineral oil, formaldehyde, parabens, sulfates, fillers or artificial dyes?
Our products never include these ingredients. We have extremely high standards!
Our products maintain the original color of the natural ingredients and the scent of pure essential oils.

Why does the product smell / look different?
Our packaging varies with regions according to materials' availability. Our products are formulated without chemicals, synthetics and artificial coloring that allow for a product to be uniform. We use all-natural ingredients and for this reason, they may change color, scent, texture overtime or in between prepared batches. These variations will not affect the product’s effectiveness, and we guarantee that the product is completely safe for your skin.

Where are your products formulated?
We've done extensive research, our highest quality Ingredients are sourced from all over the world ; our oils are cold-pressed & our essential oils are pure. Our products are formulated in a laboratory in United States that understands natural beauty.

As you've probably noticed, we keep our exact proprietary blends of ingredients to ourselves to protect the formulas we've worked so hard from being replicated. However, we are always willing to answer any questions you may have about our ingredients.

Are your products safe to use while pregnant or nursing?
We make a conscious effort to use safe and non-toxic ingredients for all our products but since each pregnancy /nursing experience is different, we suggest you consult with your doctor.

How Long until i see results?
Visible results will vary as bodies adjust to the ingredients found in different products at different rates. We recommend that you use any new product for a minimum of 60 days to judge results.

Does Hair Complex Oil cure alopecia?
No, hair complex oil will not cure alopecia. alopecia is a complex autoimmune disease however, it has been shown to improve hair health and therefore helps with new growth

Does Hair Complex Oil cure hair loss or thinning?                                                 No, hair complex will not cure hair loss or thinning. hair loss is mainly caused by internal imbalances and nutrient deficiencies however, it has been shown to improve hair health and therefore helps to reduce loss.

Can men use Hair Complex Oil?
yes, hair complex oil is safe and effective for men and women.

What happens when i stop using Hair Complex Oil? will my hair fall out?
There are no known side effects associated with discontinuing the use of Hair Complex Oil.

Are Dr Wima Beauty oils comedogenic?
Comedogenic oils are known to clog pores, and can be especially problematic for naturally oily or blemish-prone skin. All of the oils we use in our formulations are non-comedogenic or low comedogenic, so they moisturize without clogging pores.
Nevertheless, no oil should be left on skin unrinsed for more than 24 to 48 hours.

Do you test on animals?
We never test any of our products on animals.

Are the products FDA approved?
We sell natural cosmetic products, not medications. The FDA approves medications and drugs, not natural products and dietary supplements. Our products are manufactured in FDA certified facilities. These facilities are inspected and adhere to the requirements of the United States Food and Drug Administration, (FDA).
 
How long do your products last?
We make our products in small batches to garantee freshness at all times.
If Stored adequately, most of our products are safe to use within 12 months of opening. We recommend storing in a cool, dry place away from moisture and water.
 
Is your packaging recyclable?
All of our packaging materials, from our shipping boxes to our glass bottles, are 100% recyclable.

What payment types do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Paypal

I have not received my order. How can I track it?
You should’ve received a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. If you don’t see an email, please reach out to us at  info@drwimabeauty so that we can assist. If you are in morocco, you only receive an email when your package arrives from new york and is picked up for delivery locally.


Returns:
Returns are available for USA orders only.
All International orders are non-returnable, non-refundable unless order is proven lost (non-trackable) or damaged at time of delivery.
